The Hayden Shapes Hypto Krypto 5'8 is the compact version of the iconic Hypto Krypto shape. The wider nose and fuller outline compared to a standard shortboard keep it accessible in weaker surf, while the flat rocker, double V tail, and single-to-double concave provide speed and drive when conditions are on.
The 5'8 suits surfers roughly in the 60-75kg range or those who prefer a shorter, livelier board underfoot. Five-fin FCS II box runs thruster or quad. A solid primary board for intermediate to advanced surfers who want versatility across small to overhead conditions.
